Kyle S.C. Vogel, President, Managing Broker – In the property management business for almost 20 years, Kyle has been working with Keystone Property Management since 2000. He started as the Condominium and Homeowners Association Manager, then became the Associate Broker and Vice-President in 2008. In June of 2016, he purchased the company from the former owner, Gene Fisher, and is happy to be able to continue providing the highest quality property management services to the greater Iowa City area.
Gene Fisher, Associate Broker – Gene started Keystone Property Management in 1984, specializing in client-side property management. Over the last 30 years, he has grown both the business’ client list and its reputation as a leader in the property management field. Although selling the company to Kyle in June of 2016, Gene is continuing as a member of our team, helping with the new ownership transition and day to day Association management.
Lori Kimura, Bookkeeper – Lori has been with Keystone since 2000, handling all the daily bookkeeping of over 100 different clients and over 650 different rental units. She is directly responsible for overseeing the accounts of each investment property client, depositing rent, escrowing security deposits and savings funds, performing accounts payable vendor payments, and disbursing funds to clients monthly.
Cabel Gray, Investments Properties Manager – Cabel started with Keystone in 2011 after nearly 2 decades in the insurance industry. He is the primary contact for all of our tenants, handles the marketing for all properties, and oversees the day to day maintenance needs of each client and tenant.
Jason Green, Condominium and Homeowner Association Manager – In addition to our rental investment property clients, we also manage over 600 COA and HOA units in the greater Iowa City area. Jason takes care of the monthly bookkeeping and annual budgeting for these Association clients. He is the primary point of contact for owners within the Associations and ensures timely communication with all owners when it comes time for Annual Meetings, Board Meetings, and routine and emergency notifications.
Deb Hull, Receptionist and Office Manager – Deb has been in the property management business for over 30 years. Deb and her husband owned and operated a property maintenance company in the Iowa City area from 1984 through 2014, before letting their kids take over the family business. Deb came to work with us with her extensive knowledge of properties in the area, and we couldn’t be happier. She is the primary point of contact for everyone who walks into or calls the office. She handles most routine maintenance requests from tenants and association owners and also keeps the office schedule running on time and all of our supplies stocked for the business day.
